Nothing to complain about, overall well priced and original place.
The rooms modern, en suite with a lovely bedroom, balcony, for example. Location adjacent to the metro system in Rome is brilliant, the shopping of Via Cola di Rienzo and the major bus lines. Also, to the centre of Rome...

The guest house is well priced and in a magnificent setting close to piazza Cavour. It is just a 10 minute walk from the guesthouse to piazza Cavour. - A great location for a day of sightseeing. - Enjoyed breakfast with juice at the guest house.

Nice located guesthouse in Prati near the Vatican/City Centre! You have everything you need near you. There are Restaurants, streets to shop with national and international shops, metro stations etc! But you can also reach all the tourist attractions walking. The neighbourhood is one of the better ones in Rome and because of that also saver that F.E. the Termini zone. The rooms are very nice furnished and clean. Air condition works perfectly. Luigi, the host is very gentle and helpful. Even if he is not present all the time (this is normal for a guesthouse) you can reach him always on his cellphone if you have any questions. There ist no breakfast but coffee (Nespresso!), tea and little snacks in the hallway. In my opinion this is even better, because you aren't bound to a certain scedule! I clearly recommend the Zero6! We had a very pleasent stay!

Good location. ~5 minutes from the Ottaviano metro station.~10 Minutes walk from the Vatican city. In the area are a lot of shops. It doesn't have a breakfast but you can get free espresso (Nespresso) and croissants. 3 minutes from the hotel there is a bakery where you can find really good things and it is open until late at night. The room was clean and well furnished. The owner Luigi was very friendly and helpful and you could reach him on his cellphone for any questions. I clearly recommend the Zero6! We had a very pleasent stay!

The room was spacious and cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. the location was also very convenient, with a metro station and Vatican City nearby. there were plenty of bistros and restaurants in the area, making it easy to find a good meal.
One of the major drawbacks was the lack of communication. the owner was unresponsive to emails and it was difficult to reach him when we had questions or concerns.

Mr. Luigi the owner really accomodate us and we really comfortable with the hotel, its safe and there is a free coffe and croissant in the lobby. Though its not actually a hotel, its a guest house but I consider it a hotel really comfortable to stay, quite and near the vatican.

Zero 6 Guest House, is a easy going place, where you can come and go as you pleese, almost like having your own apartment in Rome! There is no formal reception, it is actually one out of 5 rooms on the first floor you are renting. The owner Luigi is very friendly, coming by everyday, with the cleaners, making sure fresh croisants are there by the cofee machine .... Location ,.....location...location, would also be the key words, describing this place to stay in Rome, being only 10 min walk from the Vatican & Saint Peters Basilica. Definitively a place we would recommend to anyone that is planning to visit Rome.
Because of the dates and time of year, during Easter, nights could be cold, and since the day temperatures were around 20 C, there was no more heating. The only way to by pass this, was to occassionally turn on the Air Con, with the heating mode.
